New DUAL-POSITION "HD" LUMBAR SUPPORT on the new PC-410, PC-500 and PC-510 Perfect Chairs - The high density or "HD" support is built-in and can be manually set to a low or high position. The lumbar support in the Series 2 Perfect Chairs is two built-in high density foam blocks of varying support. On block sits on top of the other - one at the lower lumber and one directly above that. They can be manually switched in the pad depending on which density you would like in each position. In addition, one block can be removed to use the optional Power Adjustable Lumbar Support.

Refurbished Perfect Chairs include a Manufacturer's 90 Day Limited Parts
Warranty. Parts are covered for 90 Days from the original date of purchase.
Extended Warranties can be purchased to extend the parts and in home labor
service portion of the warranty to a total of 2 or 5 years. The warranty is
not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond
the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) will need to be returned
to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping
and require assembly.
New Perfect Chairs include a Manufacturer's 5 Year limited
warranty. The Chair Frame and Structure are covered for five years from the
original date of purchase. Parts are covered for three years from the date
of purchase. In-Home Parts and Labor Service is covered for 1 Year from the
date of purchase. Extended Warranties can be purchased to extend the In-Home
parts and labor service portion of the warranty to a total of 2 or 5 years.
